The big question,  "Who is going to win in Bihar election"?

Is it Laloo or Nitish?

Usually in democracy it is difficult to rule for a long time. Winning two elections is somewhat an achievement, winning three is remarkable and winning four like the communist leader Jyothi Basu is extraordinary. It is normal for anti incumbency factor to work. In any case Laloo is trying to achieve a difficult task.
